ISM was envisioned by a successful former professional football player and an entrepreneur passionate about the sport. We saw the need to offer professional and semi-professional football players a support group in order to boost their careers within a frame of principles and ethics, of honesty and transparency

MISSION

ISM was born to be a global leader in the promotion and representation of professional and semi-professional soccer players. We focus on promoting our athletes in the main leagues and clubs around the world. Constantly seeking the best interests of our clients, partners and corporate allies, under ethical and moral principles guided by honesty and transparency in all our activities. Respecting the rules, statutes, and regulations established by FIFA at all times.

CEO

JUAN GUILLERMO GONZALEZ

Colombian born, American made. Our founder and CEO is an FIFA International Agent with license # 202304-881. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in international business management (MBA) both attained at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami. Fluent in English and Spanish. With 30+ years of professional experience in management, finance, accounting, taxation, marketing, and human resources within public, private, and governmental entities. A sports lover, particularly soccer.

SPORTS DIRECTOR

EVER ANTONIO PALACIOS

Ever “Shaka” Palacios played with Independiente Medellín, Deportivo Pereira, Deportivo Cali, Atlético Nacional, Junior de Barranquilla, Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito, Bellmare Hiratsuka (Japan), Kashiwa Reysol (Japan) and Boyacá Chicó. He was champion of Colombian First Division with Deportivo Cali, Atlético Nacional, and Boyacá Chicó. He was also champion of the Merconorte (now Copa Sudamericana) with Atlético Nacional. "Shaka" belonged to the Colombian National Team where he participated in the France 98 World Cup. Ever since he retired as a professional player, he has been a coach. Currently he is dedicated to training young soccer players in the United States of America. His legacy remains to this day and he is remembered as a benchmark among central defenders in the history of Colombian soccer.
